With everything I can do regarding the Weekend Job done, and a client postponement today, a lull is an ideal time for recomposing the mind and making new advances toward my objectives.

In recent days I have neglected the Discipline Of Gratitude, which I consider crucial to success, and I need to create a daily ritual to ensure it is not neglected in future. I also think I need to make the most of today's golden opportunity to calm the mind right down and elevate my consciousness high above the role I am playing.

I will eagerly seize this opportunity to consolidate and strengthen my mental and spiritual wellbeing.
