3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It's a sign of age that you can be mentally disrupted simply by having your routine disrupted! Just because I had to do things differently on Thursday evening, forced to wait up for Missus, and anticipating a confrontation at the Weekend Job, completely threw me.

As it happened the confrontation never materialized and after taking a break from my normal routines and catching up on sleep, balance has been restored. I have learned that there has to be self-acceptance regarding your own vulnerabilities. Anyone can be broken under specific circumstances.

I have also learned to "feel bad and do it anyway", which means letting your objectives rather than your emotions determine your actions, but also taking "time outs" as necessary if to re-ground yourself in the moment. My training has taught me how to raise my consciousness above emotions and observe them which has enabled me to be cope much better with low moods.
