3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Easter Monday went exactly according to plan - some time for me first thing then entertaining Missus in front of the TV thereafter. To be honest I was kinda climbing the walls somewhat by the time we went to bed, but I felt good about making her happy. My life is about making a difference and being there for the loved ones, and I certainly did that.

All being well, the distraction of a client today will give me a challenge to get the blood flowing.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you making the difference you want to make?

8. TRIVIA
Hernán Cortés and his men brought with them European diseases—such as smallpox, measles, and tuberculosis—for which the Aztecs had no natural resistance. The native population fell from 25 million to less than two million within a century.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Only by overcoming life’s problems and obstacles can we become truly strong. If everything always goes smoothly, we will grow complacent and be unable to build a solid foundation for our lives. Only by experiencing suffering ourselves can we understand the suffering of others and deepen our compassion.
