3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Hey guess what - Daughter, who angrily rejected my indirect offer of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy funding has been put on beta-blockers by her doctor and told to organize her own - Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Another case of once again Dad was right. Suitably vindicated, as far as is possible since we share her mother, my involvement ends. Whether Daughter descends into full psychosis or takes responsibility for her own mental health I can only observe from distance.
My priority must be those I can "win" with, and with the Weekend Job as well as home life now happy and settled, I intend to keep my attention firmly leashed on my comfortable bubble of joy and positive influence. Never before in this life experience has imminent threat been so far distant.
In this most benign period, I am thus free to focus entirely on my goals: the continuing attitude of Gratitude, to make a difference my way, and total internal silence.

happiest.
