3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I'll remember Saturday as "smooth Saturday" in which the Weekend Job was effortless and Missus enjoyed a good doss at home well looked-after by Son, opposed to the unpleasantness meted out by Daughter when Missus goes over there. Even better, Daughter allowed her phone to go flat meaning Missus was untroubled all day.
So it's another enjoyable day of this life experience in prospect, living by the seat-of-my-pants one day to the next, fully embracing uncertainty and focusing on the moment. Sunday is the day easiest to live in Total Internal Silence so I push on to achieve that goal.

represent the pharaoh Khafre (Chephren), son of Khufu. Sphinxes are
generally believed to have been built to guard tombs.
9. ZEN WISDOM
It is important to keep the promises made to friends. This is the true
meaning of friendship. To become people who can do so, however, we must
first learn to keep the promises we have made to ourselves.
