3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
After particularly unacceptable behaviour this week, Missus informed me that Daughter's morale and therefore behaviour was improved, mainly due to getting out of the house to a social event. The suggestion of therapy was therefore not made, though I suspect it will in due course.
On the hope front, a glorious self-indulgent me-time was thoroughly enjoyed, although I need to have a 2.5 hour nap to compensate for late evenings and early mornings. Quality time with the family ensued in the evening, and it was generally another day in paradise. As all things pass, I have learned to savour with gratitude and appreciation all the good bits!
