3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A highly successful day of housework, gardening and quality time made it another day in paradise yesterday. With gratitude and appreciation I am savouring every single moment!
In the midst of all this joy I have not grown complacent about good mind-maintenance. I'm all too aware that there are plenty of dark places that my mind could wander into and spoil the party, so I keep attention on a very tight leash. Today I will be taking evryopportunity to spread joy and make a difference.
