3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Another day in paradise, with all three of us enjoying our lives right now. We're all making a difference and we're all feeling fulfilled and happy. I have learned not to grasp and cling to such times but simply to feel the pleasure with gratitude and appreciation as the experience moves through me.

At the moment I'm on an "upward spiral" where the benevolent conditions invoke a calm mind which perpetuates the benevolent conditions. I intend to do nothing much different until Monday when I will increase my marketing efforts.

This period of intense pleasure has made up for all the previous unhappy times, and life feels like a worthwhile experience. I know what I am and what to do, and all consequential pleasure is a bonus on top.

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
Whoever determined that a 1-inch Mars Bar should be called "fun sized", should really re-evaluate their standards for entertainment. :D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
The Lonely Island feat. Akon - I Just Had Sex   :D

8. TRIVIA
Hawaii is 2,390 miles away from the nearest continent (North America) and is considered the most isolated population centre on earth. Early in its history, seeds and plants were brought to the barren island by wind, ocean currents, and birds.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The greatest tragedy in life is not to die, it is to live as if dead, to let the life within us wither. Toward what goal or achievement are we striving in life? This is the important question to ask ourselves.
