3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Daughter continues to treat Missus rudely, and bless Missus' selfless tolerance, she is going to see Daughter again today. Missus will probably make my offer of third-party therapy, which I hope Daughter will turn down, but will honour in the unlikely event she says YES. I can't just let Daughter slide ever-deeper into mental illness without at least offering a hand.

For me, with the first weekend off the Weekend Job, another day in paradise beckons! I intend to be thoroughly self-indulgent, though it will include a 2-hour nap in the afternoon to compensate for early mornings and fairly late nights of late.

4. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
