3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 
After a somewhat hectic few days, the pace suddenly drops off today. Though there will be housework, I intend to enjoy some in-home entertainment - watch a movie and generally chill. I am aware of course that mental discipline cannot afford to have a "day off". I will keep my focus firmly reined-in and unnecessary thought eliminated as far as I am able.
