3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
In my case there are three key elements to success:
1. The elimination as far as possible of refined sugar from my diet. I now have no doubt at all that sugar is responsible for the Western World's obesity crisis. A revolution must take place from the ground up to recognize it as the enemy. The reason it is so deadly is not its calorie content, which is much lower than fat, but because IT CAUSES OVEREATING.
2. Regular exercise - in my case I have rediscovered the joy of walking. I will from now on walk a minimum mile a day and considerably more on three days per week
3. Chromium supplements - Chromium is essential in the burning of stored energy, and my body was not getting enough from my diet - the symptom of deficiency in my case is AGGRESSION. On 400 micrograms of Chromium per day, I am a completely different person.
My main reasons for getting this character in shape are twofold: firstly as excellent promotion for my Practice, and secondly so this character's body doesn't distract or drag my consciousness from the universal perspective.
