3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I can't remember a time when my mind has been so quiet! I'm in a period where there is, day-to-day at least, no struggle. I fully intend to take advantage of this by raising my consciousness to new heights with the aim of keeping it there. A combination of calm and benevolent circumstances Chromium and other supplements and rediscovering the joy of walking has made it possible.

Walking has now become a habit - I am starting to need a good daily hike of a minimum of 40 minutes to keep relaxed. This of course further enhances wellbeing.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
How are you going to get your life to where you want it to be?

8. TRIVIA

9. ZEN WISDOM
It is not about how others are or how society is. The most important thing is to ask yourself, “What should I do?” and “What can I do?”
