3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The Day 20 weigh-in of Operation Equinox was somewhat disappointing - the sum total of 3lb lost. I was expecting at least 7 for the drastic calorie reduction. On the other hand it IS going the right way - downward is downward, and I am consuming much less sugar, resulting in "psychosis when hungry" symptoms disappearing. I don't have a formal exercise regime in place but if weight loss stalls entirely I may do so.

Interestingly the Weekend Job offers more opportunities for mind-emptying than on other days, due to its repetitive nature, but at home my meditation regime is back on track and a new binaural beat track I created for the sessions is proving effective.

8. TRIVIA
At 380 parts per million, there has never been as much carbon dioxide in the atmosphere as there is now.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Courage, strength and wisdom well up in those who consciously take on everything as the protagonist and person responsible for achieving their goals. Unlimited wisdom and ardent resolve arise from a sense of responsibility.
