3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I'm all for flexibility, change and progress, but there are also advantages when life settles into a structured routine - it frees your mind to be still as it doesn't have to work so hard responding to new situations. Right now this life experience is in just such a settled routine, where all essential needs are met, I'm making a positive difference and I generally know what I'm doing.

The space afforded to think allows space for GRATITUDE, an attitude essential to wellbeing and progress. I am therefore gratefully getting on with stuff!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Does your life need a more ordered structure?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
Dumping me and asking if we can still be friends is like the dog dying and still wanting to take it for a walk :D

8. TRIVIA
Saturn’s rings are made from billions of chunks of rock and ice, ranging in size from a grain of sand to pieces as large as a house. They have a mysterious reddish “contaminant” that might be rust or the same organic material found in red vegetables on Earth.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Words spoken from the heart and filled with a powerful wish for someone’s happiness can deeply touch that person’s life and revive his or her spirit, becoming a source of lifelong inspiration.
