3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I have settled on a new mind-emptying visualization and it's kinda weird but seems to work - I imagine the bellows of an anaesthetic machine keeping my ego asleep. What I'm doing is tapping into the energy of a deep-seated lifelong anaesthesia fetish, exploiting it to my advantage. I have recently learned that you can harness the primal by re-directing it and this is much more effective than trying to override it. The primal is far more powerful than the intellectual/logical so it's always best to accept this and work with it.

I am now using it to overwhelm distractions by getting a more powerful fixation to squash others and linking it to something I want to achieve - in this case internal silence. I'm now expecting to make significant progress in mind-emptying and resultant empowerment to achieve my goals

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you harnessing the full potential of your mind?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

Heavy rain arrives mid-morning bourne on a south-westerly wind, turning to a fierce storm around noon, which will move away by the end of the afternoon.

A window of clear sky will follow before cloud rebuilds in the small hours of tomorrow

Just as a diamond can only be polished by another diamond, it is only through genuine, all-out engagement with others that people can polish their character, and help each other to reach greater heights.
