3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With client enquiries picking up, life is comfortingly fulfilling! With plenty to both do and enjoy, I want to ensure that I don't get pleasantly distracted from my objective of keeping the mind emptied and to be guided by intuition. I'm only too well aware that my attention is capable of wandering into all manner of dark unhelpful places without continual daily management.

Whether in abundance or adversity, I intend to keep my attention in the right place, fulfilling my purpose with the circumstances at my disposal.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU

8. TRIVIA
Haiti’s former president, Francois Duvalier (“Papa Doc”), created the National Security Volunteers in 1957. A dreaded security force, it was also called the Tonton Macoutes, after the Haitian folk figure Tonton Macoute (Uncle Knapsack) who carries off small children at night.

9. ZEN WISDOM
We mustn’t put boundaries on our own potential. In most cases, our so-called limitations are nothing more than our own decision to limit ourselves.
