After something of a chocolate binge yesterday, (which I don't regret btw) from today I can get back to disciplines physical, mental and spiritual. For the first time in all departments I feel like I know what I'm doing. A quiet uncluttered mind, a reduced waistline and making a difference my way are the agendas for this character. For Higher Consciousness, the objective is to detach from the character full time and simply enjoy the movie.

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
8. TRIVIA
Birds are directly descended from dinosaurs with some biologists arguing they ARE dinosaurs and therefore dinosaurs are not extinct. However true dinosaurs were scaled reptiles and cold-blooded. Birds are feathered and warm-blooded, a clear departure from their dinosaur origins.
9. ZEN WISDOM
If you lose today, win tomorrow. In this never-ending spirit of challenge is found the heart of a victor.
