3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Without Chromium supplements in my system I decided to have an extra meal before beginning Shift 2 of the Weekend Job and it seemed to pay off - my mood was fine throughout the shift. Meanwhile Missus got me some more Chromium supplements so I begin today back in balance. I've also noticed that dehydration tends to make me sleepy.

How convenient it would have been to have encountered some nutrition guru 30 years ago and been told all the stuff I have since learned by trial-and-error about how to properly maintain your body! Low sugar, high Chromium and plenty of water and exercise are finally giving my bodymind a balance its never had before. That and the psychological disciplines I have learned mean I am entering a golden age of wellbeing, which is handy when my body is starting the process of decline - that decline will now be less rapid and uncomfortable.

I finally have the balance and mental clarity to pursue my goals:
To be 10 stone (140 lbs) by the Spring Equinox of 2016
My consciousness - total internal silence, my character intuitively driven
My character - my practice to be financially self-supporting by 2018, to strengthen my hypnotic powers to exceptional levels and bring healing pleasure and peace to the receptive

9. ZEN WISDOM
Life is a constant battle against deadlock. As long as we are alive, as long as we continue challenging ourselves, we are bound to come up against difficult obstacles that need to be overcome. If life were all smooth sailing, if we never encountered setbacks, that in itself would be a sign of stagnation.
