3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was somewhat less than as efficient as I would have liked yesterday, partly due to seeing off Son on his college field trip to Spain. After frankly wasting time I could have better spent, I also finally settled on a meme for combined mind-emptying and goal-focus. Abandoning the whole hypnotic eyes and purple mist thing I went for:

Now I've finally settled on it, and I'm not expecting any disruptive distractions, I can just get on with making it happen!

Horny Missus has already made it clear she wishes to exploit Son's absence by getting more action than the usual weekly encounter. This isn't so disruptive to routine as outside client sessions, she is the priority anyway - there will just be more time in the bedroom than the front room!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Do you have a clear sense of priorities in your life?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD

Moon:

Weathertrack: The anticyclone over Britain bringing settled dry weather will remain static but weaken considerably overnight
Air Pressure: 1035 millibars and falling

6. TODAY'S ONELINER

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
Gold and copper are the only metals that aren't silver-coloured and were the first two to be discovered.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Relative happiness is happiness that depends on things outside ourselves, such as affluence or social standing. While the happiness such things bring us is certainly real, it shatters easily when external conditions alter. Absolute happiness, on the other hand, is something we must find within. It means establishing a state of life in which we are never defeated by difficulties, and where just being alive is a source of great joy.
