3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With nutrition now "looking after itself" I am very focused on emptying my mind, which I see as fundamental to achieving my life purpose. Though I would have preferred a more stable mind easier to manage, the hypersensitivity of this one has been directly responsible for my self-development, as it has forced me to respond to it.

The techniques I have been employing for mind-emptying have been patchy in results, so I'm currently researching for better ones.

9. ZEN WISDOM
