3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION 

Serious brain-rest yesterday! A two-hour meditation, enjoyed a good movie on Tivo and slept an unprecedented 8 hours. I must have needed it! I'm certainly experiencing total peace of mind this morning. The only thought in my mind is "just get on with it!" Having experienced this level of calm, I'm keen to make it a permanent experience!
