3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION

Today has a "back to the routine" feel, with client sessions to prepare and back to the Weekend Job, although Missus still has another three weeks off.

It is with some trepidation that I return to the Weekend Job, as the meta-stable team in our department running the place gets broken up. This means new bods re-inventing the wheel and pissing people off before finally learning what the workers already know.

That said, I am fully aware that all things pass anyway and it's your response to circumstances that determines your outcomes. It's therefore a question of focus in the right place. Everywhere, including the Weekend Job, is an opportunity to practice my hypnotic skills, and if I want a life devoted to that profession, that's where I need to keep my mind, learning and developing as I go.
