3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Though I'm looking to ditch the Weekend Job at the first opportunity, one thing I do enjoy is the walk there - most therapeutic, not to mention cheaper, less stressful and more reliable than the bus!

The return to the Weekend Job was smooth, and with changes of team-leaders being postponed, there was no chaos. Free of distractions, I was able to focus on keeping my mind in the right place. I have been fine-tuning where exactly to centre my awareness. After some experimentation, I have found the best place is as observer and let intuition run the show.

With thought continually interfering, frequent re-grounding is needed, which I do by imagining retreating from my body and allowing the energy within it to flow freely. This seems to be working quite well so far. The ultimate aim is to allow intuition to run the show entirely, reserving intellect for observation and concluding truths from those observations. This calls for FAITH a trust in one's own subconscious that it knows what it's doing.

My observations of faith are that it empowers that believed in, so by the very act of believing in my deeper self enables it to do the job! I look forward to another day making progress in the transition from thought-driven to intuitive living.

8. TRIVIA
The reason that brain cells don't reproduce is because if they did it would not be possible to retain memory

9. ZEN WISDOM
Everything depends on what is in our hearts. If we decide to ourselves that something is impossible, then, consistent with our minds in thinking so, even something that is possible for us will become impossible. On the other hand, if we have the confidence that we can definitely do something, then we are already one step closer to achieving it in reality.
