3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was quite pleased with my progress yesterday as I found a single phrase I could hook all my intentions on - to be the Master of Mind. Meditating on it all day, I was pleased with how I conducted myself. I will now continue where I left off, all my concentration focused on this thought! I have an enthusiastic curiosity to see how much power I can wield over the day with such a sharp narrow focus.

8. TRIVIA
No one knows where the word "fuck" comes from. It may have a Scandinavian origin, similar to the Norwegian word fukka, meaning to “copulate,” or the Swedish foka, meaning “to copulate, strike, push,” or fock, meaning “penis.”
