3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
My preference for this character would have been to be much less sensitive - it's hard work indeed to manage the rampant emotions that get stirred up by circumstances. I liken it to being "possessed" on an all-too-frequent basis. When the surroundings and circumstances are uneventful for a day or two, character gets closer in nature to the Higher Consciousness observing it - this is the "real me"

That said, I cannot deny that their very presence was also the engine that drove self-development - it was a necessity to survive! It has forced me to learn and develop effective skills that I have taught with great success to clients and to pass on wisdom to a wider audience. They are also an effective "brake", preventing me being corrupted by the manipulative power I could wield if I wasn't so busy keeping my own emotions in check every day.

In short, my emotions have forced me to awaken to ultimate reality whilst most people continue to dream on within their limited perception, completely ignorant of the fact that they are not truly awake at all. For me, due to circumstances, my dream was a nightmare, giving me a strong incentive to wake up. Whilst I'd have preferred the ignorance of a good dream again I cannot deny that awakening has led to a fulfilling life.

The bottom line is the character is set whether it likes that or not! To experience it at its most fulfilling, there has to be firstly acceptance then focus on right things.
