3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION

Due to the Weekend Job, Fridays and Saturdays are "days I have to get through" and I feel like my proper life is on hold for that time. That said, I am increasingly attempting to make the most of them, practising body language, calming speech and most importantly the Discipline of Grounding.

It was one of those weekends where if every one was like this one, I wouldn't mind keeping doing it - in fact I could feel myself looking for trouble where there wasn't any. This Fri/Sat consequently passed quickly and even ended on a high note with an unplanned movie night and quality time with Son.

I have concluded from experience that of all the disciplines I teach clients and practise myself, the most important one is grounding. It is the one that perhaps more than any other promotes sanity, inner harmony and completeness, uniting all the disparate parts of being into a common cause. To BE HERE NOW is to be truly alive.
