3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was woken from a deep sleep by the alarm this morning. This is no bad thing, it means that I slept well! Along with two separate long meditations yesterday, This adds up to a fully recharged brain. Son came back from band rehearsal depressed as usual, but when I saw him again after an evening meditation he was a thousand percent happier. His mum had worked her TLC magic. I was a little humbled as I like to think I'm the one who knows how to handle Son, but there's something to be said for undemanding nonjudgemental sympathy and pampering.

Life at home is blissful! I have everything I want and need, and every day I see the "Law of Attraction" sustaining it. Of course all things must pass, but right now I'm thoroughly enjoying the experience. There are still plenty of goals and challenges to occupy me, and I'm tackling them from a starting point of joy and happiness!
