3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Yesterday's meditation was about as long as I can do at a single stretch - about 2.5 hours, and was ended only by the need for a wee. As usual, not a spiritual experience in itself - I remember thinking and dreaming at different points but can't remember what about. I woke up rather stoned but deeply calmed.

Meditation is like a reboot for your brain - all unnecessary crap accumulated that serves only to disturb, slow and blur clear thought gets archived out of the way. It makes it much easier to keep grounded in the moment, and generally have a better life experience. As your body feels so much better after a bath, so your mind feels after meditation.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
