2. TODAY IN MY LIFE
Blogging, the milk-run and ironing in the morning. Long meditation after lunch, then client follow-up and me time before missus time in the evening.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
With missus fully recovered and the weather moderate, today is the first routine Sunday of the year. Routine Sundays are about setting everyone up for the coming week, getting the laundry done, the milk supply at capacity and myself and Missus rested, cuddled and comforted. More than any other day of the week, it's about simply being, as projects and events are not thought about. One consolation of my business venture failing is that I'm no longer sacrificing one routine Sunday a month.

Though Sunday is not my favourite day (which is Monday - unusual I know!), it is the day which brings the most refreshment and restoration, a unique comfortable padded buffer zone between one week and the next.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you getting the necessary rest and space you need to maintain your wellbeing?

5. TODAY'S WEATHER IN BRADFORD
Dry, cool and cloudy all day, with some sunny spells in the afternoon.
Some showers overnight.
Wind will be moderate to strong and south-westerly at first, veeringwesterly from mid-morning.
Max Temp = 8 degC
Min Temp = 2 degC
Sunrise at 07:51
Sunset at 16:52

6. TODAY'S ONELINER
The kids text me "plz" because it's shorter than "please", and I text back "no" because it's shorter than "yes".  : D

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!

8. TRIVIA
Conventional wisdom says a shower saves more water than a bath, but with more powerful, longer-lasting showers, this is not always true. An average bath uses 80 litres of water; an eight-minute power shower spurts 136 litres.

9. THE WISDOM I'VE LEARNED FROM OTHERS
