3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Daughter, I am informed, had a great 20th birthday with missus and is as happy to be estranged from myself and Son as we are from her. Perhaps that is for the best for the time being, and permanently if necessary - I don't believe in people who piss each other off being forced together and causing unhappiness. We can all go on to find happiness and fulfilment in our own separate ways.

In fact in general, everybody had a good Saturday in their own way, apart from the minor annoyance of the kettle dying on us in the evening - an annoying if not crippling extra expense.

My general experience with money and resources in general is that it always seems to come right in the end, and I speak from someone who was thousands of pounds in debt a few years ago. That is not a license to be reckless, just to be calm and meet expenses as they occur and take and accept opportunities for income. My chosen path of uncertainty has delivered so far!

On the spiritual front, my latest grounding technique is working really well, so I know I can easily return to that point of simply being. The objective now is to permanently be there! I haven't yet perfected the technique of not being distracted. It may be that as long as I keep patiently returning to that central point of awareness, I leave it increasingly less often. We shall see.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you taking the necessary steps to bring you nearer your objectives?

8. TRIVIA
The interval between contracting the HIV virus and developing AIDS varies enormously, from almost immediately to ten years. It seems to depend entirely on the individual. Though there is no cure, AIDS can now be delayed indefinitely by ongoing combination drug therapy.

9. THE WISDOM I'VE LEARNED FROM OTHERS
