3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A day of quality time yesterday with Missus and Son together and separately, it was a joyous time of bonding.

It was another day in my "Golden Age" to celebrate. My personal world is a little bubble of joy and happiness for which I'm profoundly grateful on a daily basis. Continued ongoing happiness on fulfilment is dependent on my staying focused on both the positive aspects of my life my objectives and purposes, and staying firmly consciously connected to Ultimate Reality, where all things are just expressions of a universal consciousness.

Meditation hasn't yet settled back into a regular routine so I intend to make a fresh start today!
