I have become aware that as I have become persuaded that there's never enough time, that's actually exacerbated the problem! Having all of daytime available for promotional work yesterday, it seemed to flash by in an instant. I need to rein-in my focus to the moment and make the best of the moment in front of me, in order to maximize the available time.
