3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I'm not so naive as to think that I have reached any kind of emotional resilience - my experience of bliss has been due to the absence of any true threat or provocation to test me - which suits me absolutely fine! I'm certainly not looking for harsh testing.

I'm certainly achieving the enrichment of my family relationships, and I intend to use my current benign circumstances to strengthen my spirituality. Certainly my mind is much quieter than it used to be. I intend to push on, with attention on a tight leash, to the goal of Total Internal Silence, my actions entirely intuitive, and to be a temporary nodal point of the universe, making as much difference and passing on as much wisdom as possible in the time available.

9. ZEN WISDOM
Make an effort to meet with people. Interaction with others opens up new and exciting possibilities. Meeting people stimulates our minds, gives us energy, leads to more new encounters and infinitely expands our life and our world.
