3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
It turns out that the secret to a joyful fulfilled life experience boils down to one act: keep your mind focused on your intention. However, this is a bit like saying all that you need to do to become a successful athlete is train hard!
It has taken me two-thirds of this life-experience to simply get to understanding what I need to do, and the level of concentration required to keep my mind in he right place and protected from distraction is way beyond that of that needed for simply living.

Of course, as with any training, if you keep doing it, it gets easier, but you can never relax - you have to keep up that level of focus permanently. But it is however, absolutely worth it! While I am doing it, I am truly awake! The default human experience is to dream through life thinking you're awake when you're not. I guess I was fortunate in having a bad dream - that gave me an incentive to awaken.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What if this, no matter how vivid and real it feels, is only a dream?
