3. TODAY'S SELF OBSERVATION
If I was 100% focused on the right thing all the time, I would never worry about anything and my only emotion would be bliss. I am not at this point yet! However, I DO know what I need to focus on, so it's only a question of practice, and there is undeniable clear progress.

This focus involves an act of faith in my Higher Self taking care of past, future and the decisions and challenges. My intention is to build a faith so strong and have consciousness so focused that suffering and distress are eliminated utterly regardless of circumstances. I am most blessed indeed that I am now in the position to have abundant space in which to refocus, so whenever I am distracted, it is for an increasingly shorter amount of time

9. ZEN WISDOM
Just as a spring breeze awakens tender new shoots of green, sincere encouragement can thaw a frozen heart and instill courage. It is the most powerful means to rejuvenate the human spirit.
