3. TODAY'S SELF -OBSERVATION
It was a pleasant change yesterday having the day entirely to myself. My online promotional work was somewhat hampered by a slow internet but I did some and was generally happy.

My inward intention to live by faith in my Higher Self is not happening quickly, but I made that worse by focusing on the very fact I was focusing on frustration. I have re-aligned focus onto what my objective feels like.

A sign of ageing has been the decreasing reliability of automated tasks - the tasks I do without having to think about them. What used to be "routine" now requires conscious thought! This is part of a general synchronicity about frustration - having my immediate intentions thwarted, and how I respond to it.

I now fully realize that the effectiveness and fulfilment of my life depends on how I respond to everything. I am beginning to shift my attention away from the immediate circumstances to my own responses - and focusing on responding well.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you responding well to the unwanted and unexpected.

Laika, a Russian stray, was the first living mammal to orbit the Earth, in the Soviet Sputnik spacecraft in 1957. Though she died in space, her daughter Pushnika had four puppies with President John F. Kennedy’s terrier, Charlie.
