3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Crucial to a fulfilling life-experience is my ability to keep my focus in the right place - most importantly in letting my Higher Self run the show, allowing my consciousness to fully experience without getting bogged down in affairs beyond its capacity and getting distracted by stimuli both internal and external.

I have found the best way to do this is to "submit to breathing" - to associate the air with my Higher Self and let it fill me and direct me. I have the intention of complete and absolute faith in my Higher Self, thus being completely liberated from all self-limitation.

9. ZEN WISDOM
The human spirit is the strongest force there is. As long as our spirit remains unbroken, there is no defeat. In life, spiritual defeat always precedes actual defeat. Guard against laziness, cowardice, carelessness, impatience, resignation and despair which corrode the human spirit and sow the seeds of defeat.
