3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Though having decided to fully embrace uncertainty as a chosen lifestyle, I have been slow to accept the unexpected bill! However, if you're going to embrace uncertainty, you have to accept that challenges and obstacles as well as blessings will unexpectedly appear. An undeniable fact in my life is that the unexpected unwanted has always been coped with, aided by the unexpected blessing. In recent times, I have always been able to make ends meet.
I have learned that happiness in life doesn't come from circumstances, but rather in making positive responses to whatever comes along. Whether something is "good" or "bad" is now much less important than responding to it in the right way. With this attitude, everything becomes an opportunity to make a difference.
Of course, there are such things as hurricanes and tornadoes, both literal and figurative. Things can come along that can overwhelm you and from which you can't come back from. I have also learned to accept when there's nothing I can do and to let things leave. Ultimately, nothing "stays" anyway. The life experience is really about what you did with what passed through.
I have given up overthinking about outcomes and consequences, and instead, right here and right now, making the best reponse to what's here with what I have.
4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you reacting in the right way to what comes along?

8. TRIVIA
India is the world’s largest producer of dried beans, such as kidney beans and chickpeas. It also leads the world in banana exports. In Britain however, bananas are sourced mostly from the Caribbean and South America, as it's cheaper and easier to transport them from there.
9. THE WISDOM I'VE LEARNED FROM OTHERS
"The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly." - The Buddha
