2. TODAY IN MY LIFE
Blogging and online marketing, client follow-up, top-up shopping, some me time in the morning. Long meditation in the afternoon and some spare time intuitively. Combination of me time and missus time in the evening.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Living intuitively rather than systematically turns your life experience into the ultimate movie. You don't actually "do" anything, it all happens by itself. I was never comfortable doing what I thought I was supposed to anyway. Even as a young child - I never really knew if I was doing it "right". That results in fear and insecurity.

Trusting in your intuition frees your mind from all that worrying and analysing about whether you're doing it right, and frees you up to simply observe and experience life. I am now liberated from the concept of job-listing. Thinking about all the jobs you need to do in order to stave off all the threats is simply frightening and exhausting. This is the way my parents have lived and I have come to reject this approach utterly. It is all completely unnecessary!

I do jobs as and when needed, leaving my focus free to latch on to my desires and the opportunities to fulfil them. The consequence has been of course to get what I've been focused on. I'm living my life my way! Particularly pleasing to me is to compare the nuclear family I grew up in, which is a dysfunctional disaster, where all four members are all disappointed in each other, to the one I'm in now, which while still a work in progress, is a loving one.

That wihich is ultimately "me" now doesn't actually do anything, but simply enjoys the experience of life happening by itself, shaping it by intention alone and observing as the universe gradually conforms to fit it. The consequence of this attitude is life's greatest prize - peace of mind.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
Are you living your life your way?

9. THE WISDOM I'VE LEARNED FROM OTHERS
"Spirituality leaps where science cannot yet follow, because science must always test and measure, and much of reality and human experience is immeasurable." - Miriam Simos
