3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The transition from Monday, where there was lots to do, to Tuesday, where there's not much pressing, is quite stark contrast. It's just as important to keep focused in quiet easy-going days as it is in the busy ones.

It's important to begin a quiet day with the right attitude, which is gratitude for an abundance of time. The second is to keep focused on the moment so that your intuition can guide you to the best action at this point. This way there is neither guilt nor time wasted.

Living by uncertainty often means not knowing, from one moment to the next, what you're going to be doing. Once you've lost your fear of this, you are experiencing the moment-by-moment joy of life.

9. THE WISDOM I'VE LEARNED FROM OTHERS
"People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in; their true beauty is revealed only if there is a light from within." - Elizabeth Kubler-Ross
