2. TODAY IN MY LIFE
Blogging first thing. Housework in the morning. A meditation after lunch, then business paperwork and client prep in the afternoon. A client and follow-up after supper then missus time in the later evening.

3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
The week begins free of pressing concerns. There is always stuff to do of course but no firefighting. I am in fact, and have been for some time, enjoying the Golden Age of my life.

All negative individuals have been purged from my personal life, the loving atmosphere between the three of us is positively joyous, and financially we owe nobody anything. The Weekend Job has been made tolerable by firstly being just a weekend job, secondly by asserting myself against an inept management structure by playing the system, and thirdly by just the right amount of allies and flirting. I love my "main job" as a therapist and my knowledge, consciousness and insight grows every day.

Because all things pass, it is important that I make the most of this temporary environment to elevate my consciousness above all the drama to the point of depending on my inner strength rather than my circumstances for happiness. As part of this strategy, I aim to live in a state of permanent Gratitude, which is the most blissful state of mind. Whilst I am rightly grateful for benign circumstances, I aim to centre my gratitude on my being, seeing it as the gift that keeps on giving regardless of circumstances, always making some kind of difference.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
For what in your life are you most profoundly grateful?
