3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Polly the cat's euthanasia went as well as could be hoped for. Her ending was very peaceful and easy. I was pleased in the way I was the "strong one" for Son and Missus and felt kinda honoured to help them through it. The "mini-wake" we held afterwards was a particularly good idea and helped them grieve.

The Weekend Job went smoothly and I slept in this morning until 8am, highly unusual for me. Sometimes though, being the Strong One gets to you and I was in a low mood this morning, mainly because previous hurts inflicted got dredged up in conversation with missus.

After a colossal 2-hour meditation this afternoon, I felt re-grounded and finally got round to the blogging I usually do early morning. I am also pondering my next business initiative. This is going to be trialling a Hypnotic Gastric Band on myself, between the equinoxes (March 20 - September 20) and recording the results on a separate blog. This will hopefully generate publicity and business.
