3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was reminded today that attracting good things into your life requires allowing them to come in their own time - to mentally relax and believe. The key lesson I learned from my Christian era (1983 - 2009) was the power of belief. Of course this is a key factor in all life, not just the spiritual - any sports coach knows how important belief is in the performance of a player.

I did need a reminder in how that power of belief is evoked. You simply relax into the knowledge that what you want will be delivered by the natural processes of the universe, you simply have to respond to what arises. This then frees up the mind to be calm and focused on its objectives. The calm acceptance that what you want is coming to you makes you much more receptive to opportunities as they arise and clearer thinking about your next step.

I have learned that the key word is allow. Simply allow what you need to come to you. This act of allowance dissipates the fear and anxiety that gets in the way of wellbeing, happiness and success.
