3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I was watching a documentary on personality last night that emphatically confirmed what I have long believed:
The prime factor determining wellbeing is attitude
You can change the way you think, and therefore wellbeing by disciplined practice.
10 minutes daily meditation can transform your life!
I was slightly peeved to see a bloke on the documentary leading a huge meditation class, and probably raking in a pretty penny for it, teaching stuff I have known for years! I guess right place right time has a lot to do with it.
On the other hand, it also confirmed that happiness has nothing to do with fame or wealth, but is simply about what you're focused on.
All in all, everything I believe and teach my clients was thoroughly vindicated!
I have an excellent product, all I need is to be alert for opportunities to market it better.
