3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I am coming to terms with the current slow-paced but enjoyable present, with things literally slowed by the warm weather. It was reassuring to discover that there's no hint of Glaucoma at my eye test yesterday, and apart from being long-sighted, eyes are functioning well.

Cosy comfy circumstances often require as much acceptance as adversity does. I'm enjoying many creature comforts and I'm not having to do much for the priviledge. I do not intend to waste this moment in the sun by feeling guilty about it. Here is my opportunity to be cosy/comfy and I shall smile, feel and be grateful! Even better, today is much cooler and fresher after yesterday's oppressive heat, so I am going to lick, suck, taste and feel this ideal moment!

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
What is the best thing to do with this moment?

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Nathan Caton on Russell Howard's Good News

8. TRIVIA
The Romans discovered that mixing lead with wine not only helped preserve wine, but also gave it a sweet taste and succulent texture. They were blissfully ignorant that lead is a slow-acting poison.

9. ZEN WISDOM
We are not fully uman if we cannot see things how others see them.
