3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Missus definitely has a virus, so the three of us are at home all week. This means I'm not getting a great deal done, although with neither Missus nor Son emerging much before noon, I have the morning to myself to keep up my online profile and have a little time for me.
What is great is the bonding taking place with Son and Missus, although Son is somewhat less tolerant, kind and respectful towards his mum than I would like. Nevertheless, for a 17-year old, he borders on angelic, the complete opposite of his narcissistic sister. It all serves to make Home a blissful Shangri-La. My contentment is beginning to rub-off onto Son, who is also beginning to feel happy at home.
My Practice has gone quiet, which is to be expected over Summer, but I'm using the time to refocus on my objectives - to spend my life doing what I love, and get paid for doing it! To live out your dream, you have to be clear what your dream looks like. Mine involves teaching, healing and presenting, so I'm on the lookout for opportunities to do so.
With the absence of adversity, mental wellbeing is not a big challenge, though I still need to keep focused and keep my thoughts on a tight leash. With the Hypnotic Gastric Band experiment a failure, it may lead to something positive - Son wants to lose weight and get fitter, so I'm considering a diet/exercise regime that will strengthen further our bond as we embark on it over Summer.

7. NOW THAT'S FUNNY!
Trey Elliott talks being 32 and staying out of trouble
For approximately the first six weeks after conception, all human embryos develop as a default female child, primarily taking genetic information from the mother’s DNA. After the sixth week of development, if the embryo is male, the SRY gene on the Y chromosome will begin to produce androgens, primarily testosterone, that encourage the development of male characteristics and inhibit the further development of female characteristics.
Occasionally, the male gene is defective, resulting in a variety of conditions, such as haemaphroditism, where the person develops both male and female sexual organs, and can through surgery choose either gender. In another condition, the gene fails entirely and the person grows up female despite having XY genes. A famous example is probably South-African athlete Caster Semenya, though details have never been offically released in order to protect her privacy.
