3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
I had two important reminders yesterday. The first was that I can never "relax" mind-management. I have an unhealthy mental "default" that has to be overridden daily for life. I love the idea that one day I will be "fixed" and my mind will start to function in a naturally healthy manner, but this is rather like wishing you'll eventually stay clean without the need for a daily wash.
However, what does happen with time is that the "washing" becomes automatic. My disciplines naturally "kick in" when my mind starts to "overheat". I must also accept that I am not invincible and need to avoid or not hang around in certain environments.
The other was how blessed I am to have a bubble of love, joy, happiness and laughter to live in and retreat to. For this I am profoundly grateful, and in the event of a bad experience, to have somewhere to retreat to and recover in. Home is a truly delightful place to be!

8. TRIVIA
Men’s dreams are more often set outdoors, are more action oriented, and involve strangers more often than women’s dreams do. Women’s dreams usually happen indoors and involve emotional encounters with people they know and care about. Men are more likely than women to dream about aggression, misfortune, and negative emotions such as fear, anger, anxiety, or disgust. Women’s dreams are more often friendly and positive.
9. ZEN WISDOM
A truly healthy life adds joy to other lives.
