3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
Whilst my Hypnotherapy Practice has gone quiet for Summer, nuclear family bonding continues to scale ever-greater heights. Son joined me for tree-pruning in the garden after our traditional Wednesday lunchtime DVD and curry and enjoyed it immensely. At home, the idyllic abundance of love and happiness continues to grow.

Of course there is plenty of "Dark Matter" beyond the home to brood on if I so chose. Now more than ever it is vital to practise the disciplines of Grounding and Mind-Calming. With home life so wonderful, there is absolutely no excuse not to keep mind in the right place.

The self-development pet project of the moment is for intuition to replace thought as the main internal conscious experience. This involves the Discipline of Submission, where the conscious submits to the subconscious. This requires an act of faith that the subconscious/intuition knows best! Fortunately I've absolute faith in mine, so it's a case of being focused enough to submit to it.
