3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
There are times when you just have to believe! Not unsurprising for Summer, things have gone quiet as regards to moving my Practice forward, and I find myself "between opportunities", but neither is there any adversity. Life is happy, comfortable and settled at home. My life lacks nothing!

In order to keep this happiness going for longer, it is particularly crucial to keep mind focused on the right things. There is always an abundance of darkness eager for your attention. Focus on the light is essential to keep your life filled with light. I find the Reiki discipline of Mokkunen particularly helpful - focusing intention on light and affirming your connection to it.

As part of this positive focus, I keep my mind on my strengths. I am not an original "out of the box" lateral thinker, but what I am good at is producing clarity - conveying complex concepts in understandable ways, and evoking emotion by good use of words. It is as a teacher/communicator/healer that I shine. I am always on the lookout for opportunities to wield this talent.
