3. TODAY'S SELF-OBSERVATION
A very welcome break from the Weekend Job this weekend is an ideal opportunity to get promoting my Practice with plenty of time left over to entertain Missus for our Wedding Anniversary weekend.

In terms of my Practice I have been slacking - not really putting myself out there, but I have been generally enjoying myself living in the bliss that home life is these days. Of course I am also a housekeeper and carer, but I cannot use this as an excuse as there is abundant additional time. However I cannot say I have any regrets - life is for living, and you must seize the opportunity while you still can. I reject utterly the "work ethic" and do not believe in ceaseless practical activity. I have seen people do this and be no happier as a result.

When you have been through significant life traumas, this does have the benefit of opening your eyes to the fragility and transient nature of life, and this gives you the attitude of enjoying it to the full. All this said, where opportunities arise to promote my Practice, I will of course do so, and be alert generally for all opportunities that come my way.

4. TODAY'S QUESTION FOR YOU
